This club is for dedicated runners who are already consistently running and racing, and are ready to level up their training with focused speedwork sessions designed to improve pace and race-day performance.

 

We meet every Tuesday at 5:00 AM at the Nanaimo Track for a coached speed workout, including a full warm-up, structured intervals, and a cooldown. All sessions are planned and led by Rhia or one of the club leaders.

 

Membership is $20/month, which helps cover track rental fees.

 

The club runs June through September, and members must commit to at least one month at a time—no drop-ins permitted.

 

To maintain the quality and safety of the group, you must connect with a club leader  (Rhia Hamel, Kendall Coulthard, or Sahara Roden) before signing up. This ensures the group stays aligned in pace, goals, and vibe.
